We care not only about eco-friendly living, but healthy living.
Lēafer, a green design studio, was founded in Tainan, Taiwan in 2020. We focus on rebranding Taiwan’s traditional green factories for the international stage, and help them transform natural byproducts into new materials and lifestyle products. “Lēafer” combines the Old English spelling of leaf with ‘-er’ to represent people that do the same action as a leaf. During photosynthesis, leaves use sunlight to transfer CO2 into energy. Such an ancient process still effectively in use today inspired us to turn factory waste into useful and sustainable products.
